Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it is determined that the damage was caused by the UPS, Fed Ex or USPS, it is out of our hands, and you will have to file a claim with them.
Refunds
Because each item is custom made, we do not give refunds, accept returns or exchanges.
